Collaboration

Clip to ScrapBook
I have often wondered (when I was teaching) why the bulk of the planning and grading falls upon the classroom teacher?? Other than create a shorter test, the bulk of the work in the classroom occurs on the part of the REGULAR teacher!

It is plain wrong for a special educator to run and hide when a substitute is present. If this week doesn't improve, I am LEAVING! I want to work everyday. But not under these conditions.
