full time sub By paula

I taught in a district that had that. The district had 3 schools (in the area) and the full-time sub could be called to any of those schools. If a position was not available then the FT sub was assigned to a specific school to act as an aide that day.

The only negative thing, depending on your district, is that this particular sub had to sub K-12 whether she liked it or not.
