I teach in Maryland and just happened to read in our Maryland State Teachers' Assoication newspaper that our state has posted a shortage of certified teachers. (Our state universities and colleges are not graduating enough teachers to fill the vacancies.) I'm embarrassed to learn how difficult and discouraging the process of trying to obtain a Maryland teaching certificate was for you. Wish we were doing better in that area.Good luck to you in your teaching and your travels.
