Clip to ScrapBook
I am seeing the same thing in my 3rd graders. This is how I tell them to write a "b". I tell them to think of a honeybee. Honeybee starts with an "h" and have them start writing an "h" , but when making a "b" close it. Kids don't usually write h's backwards so if they remember honeybee it works great. If I see it, then I will just say honeybee and they know what I am talking about.
