sub pay

I am in a rural part of Ohio (Guernsey Co.) I am on the sub list for 4 districts and they all pay $75.00/day for any type of bachelors. Including certified and liscensed teachers. After 6 continuous weeks in 1 classroom you add $5.00/ day/week up to 12 weeks, when you become paid on the teachers schedule. At that time you also recieve benefits. If you miss 1 day on a long term, you have to start all over.
