I am student teaching now in a first grade class. the one thing I feel the most inadequate about is the management of the class. I mean, it really isn't "my" class so I can't do the things that I was taught to do in school and even if I did I'm not sure it would work in the real world. I am all about Positive Discipline and all that stuff but am finding myself being run over by first graders.
