Hi, Michelle. One thing I would add on names is that when I was a sub, I would always go in after the morning activities and do some kind of activity where the kids told me their names. It was so important to me to know names because I think you have so much better discipline when you do. While I would occassionally forget one throughout the day, it helped me remember most and made a world of difference.pam
