I'd say no in this situation

I think it would be a different thing if you were already friends outside of school with this parent and her family.

I can see why parents would ask teachers to babysit because they would feel they could trust their children with a teacher while they were away.

And 4 days is a long time. It might be different if it was for one evening.

I'd politely bow out saying you just can't spare the time right now.
