I made certificates for my class after the first week for a great start to the school year. I went to Billybear and they had some there. This week I tried something new; I changed the seating plan but before I did, I asked each child to tell me something nice about the person they sat beside for the last 4 weeks. I wrote it down on a certificate, mounted on construction paper and will send them home. Good luck.
