suggestions: find out who is in charge of community relations--ask to talk to/see that person.
type up a letter on school stationery
explain how exactly you will be using the incentives
let them know how you plan to let your school community know that business donated items: sending home notes, a poster in the front of the school, blurb in school newsletter
