Ridiculous to think that this is just a problem with one company. This is an issue with every company. Have you ever contacted the payment research department of your credit card company? Do you know how many checks are 'lost or mishandled' every day? It can happen to anyone and to any company. It is up to the consumer to prove that payment was made. Gripe and the world gripes with you.
Say something positive, people look at you strange.
