Guided Reading By Rjones

I have been doing guided reading for 5 years and I am still learning things. Usually I start off with a book on their level and take it from there. There may be certain high frequency word you may want them to get familiar with. Each morning before I choose a book, I look through several to see what it has to offer.

You really need to invest in the book about Guided Reading by Fountas and Pinnell. It is wonderful.
