Thank you!!! This was very helpful. The current format I am using is similar but not as good. I think that your format may be divided better therefore can you give me an idea as to what you place in each section. For example, I currently place Grade level in the category of Lesson objective.

Also how much information do you place it each description. As of right not Imy lesson plans are averaging about two pages each typed single spaced.
