assistants By Cathy

I've been an assistant in kindergarten going on 14 yrs now. Here in NC I believe it is a law that all kindergartens have full time assistants.
That feeling of being wiped out never goes away, but it's a rewarding kind of wiped out. Some how you just figure out a way of tying shoes, cleaning tables, getting centers ready and still find time to help teach and test. It's sure not easy but I wouldn't give up kindergarten for anything.
