This one is pure profit. Have parents bring two liter drinks (2 or 3 per child) and see if local stores will donate some. When I did it each grocery donated ten or twelve of their store brand drinks. Use the drinks for a ring toss game. You win the drink you hang a ring on.
I also ordered tattoos from Oriental trading (a gross for less that $5) and had a tattoo booth. It was very popular and a big money maker.
