My class last year recreated the theme "If you take a mouse to school" and "If you give a moose a muffin". They did this in pairs. They each wrote the story, but I allowed each of them to illustrate their own book. Some of the stories were "if you take a horse to the beach", "If you take a snake trick or treating. The kids loved this and so did the parents. I laminated and bounded the books! I don't know if this is helpful! amanda
