I understand what you are talking about. I don't think principals relize teachers need a pat on the back sometimes. They never seem to appreciate the hard work we do. I would advise you to stay if tenure is important to you. It could be worse some where else. I would go to the principal and tell him about your concerns. He may not realize how you feel and you maybe an important teacher to keep around. You are doing a great job! Keep up the good work.
