SIB

Hi,

I can relate to your level of involvement/attachment to a student. I've had several that I devote so much time and energy to that its hard not to get personally involved. I have had several students who engage in self injurious behavior (SIB) and would like to try to offer input if you could share more specifially what the student does and if you can determine why they are doing it. Has anyone done a Functional Behavior Analysis? Is he/she on a behavior intervention plan?
