I love this idea. I am student teaching and am going to try this tomorrow! my kids are great but noisy at times when they shouldn't be. My
co op teacher doesn't do rewards for things they should be doing anyway, but I think that this is a great idea and am going to talk it over with her and see what she says. she is good about letting me do my thing and "sink or swim". she says that is the only way I'm going to learn.
