HOPEFULLY THIS WILL HELP
By D

Clip to ScrapBook
I had this same problem and this worked:

Rename the documents with .doc on the end if it is a word document. You can do this by putting your cursor over the old document name, right clicking on your mouse, moving it down to RENAME, clicking once, and adding the following endings to the already existing document name:

For MSWord type in: .doc (on the end of the document name)
For MSExcel: .xls
For Publisher: .pub
For PowerPoint: .ppt

Hopefully this will help!
