change?

Has anyone ever seen a teacher change that much? I haven't. You are asking that she make dramatic changes in her personality, and to make those changes quickly. I wouldn't hold my breath. Those changes take a long time to happen and my experience says older teachers are just not going to do it. They'll shut their doors first. Sorry if this sounds pessimistic but I'm thinking of a couple of teachers in our building. They've been talked to over and over and you can't tell it by looking at them.
