LW&W -- great for 5

I've done The Lion,Witch and The Wardrobe with fifth graders for the last six years. Always a good addition to any reading program. For the last two years I've used it in lit circles and it is still a favorite of all the students no matter what reading level. As a final project, student groups choose their favorite part of the book and act out the scene. They do their own producing, writing, and directing. We invite parents for the final productions . . .great way to end a fun reading block.
