Block schedule

Here at our school we do a type of block scheduling. We have 3 fifth grade teacher and three teams of children. The students see all three teachers every day. One teacher teaches math, one for language arts, and one for science and social studies combined. We see the students for aproximately 75 minutes. I have been teaching the sci/ss block for 2 years and find it extremely enjoyable. The children enjoy it because this helps prepare them for middle/high school where they will see 5 or more teachers dialy.
