I had my students write about themselves for an All ABout Me unit and included these pages in the book. They wrote their name. Later we added address and birthdate. Then I had them tell favorite color, food, etc. Keep a small project for each month to put in. I am taking pictures on field trips this year to put in. Let them choose items to add. If you do class books and they can be taken apart, put in the pages about each student or the one s/he worked on.
