Our district puts out a CD ROM with all our templates on it. Depending on the system the individual school runs (Apple or PC) you just request that CD. Since IEP are district senstive I really can't advise you on yours. Talk to the tech guy, but more importantly, talk to you SPED superiors. If they don't have a template that will work on your computer - they need one! You may end up volunteering yourself in this manner, but at least you'd have the template :-). Wish I could help further.
