I can see where you'd be nervous, but think of it as a learning experience. I didn't realize what I looked like when I was teaching, until I videotaped myself! I realized that I hardly smiled at all!! I was so embarrassed - I'm glad I caught it early on! I was just too serious, I guess. Now I make a conscious effort to smile. Can you videotape ahead of time? That might put your mind more at ease and let you see areas you need to work on before others see it.
