wasting money

I remember seeing a job ad for an administrative position in my old district and the starting salary was more than a teachers. I add insult to injury, the requirements for the job was a few years of clerical work and an associates degree. Meanwhile, we have to get a masters to even try to get a step up in salary. The amount of money they spend on other things is ridiculous. I know the cost of paper alone for all the "packets" they send us during the inservices is in the thousands.
