More surprises!

I had a call at 8:15am (we start at 7:45am) saying I was getting a new student. She came in, I sat her down, got her new things, numbered them all (as I give my kids numbers), etc...I even had time to assess her reading and math during the day. Then, at 2:30pm (we end at 2:55pm) I got another call from the office saying that the girl was placed in the wrong room and that she would be moving to her correct room right then!! Surprises, surprises, surprises!
