moving to Dallas

I live and go to college in my Houston, which is my hometown in Texas and I would also like to teach in the Dallas suburbs. I'm graduating this May, and I would love to move out of my hometown after college. What I am wondering is, how would interviews be done since I'm not within a short driving distance to Dallas? Do Dallas districts recruit ever in the Houston area? I know we have the Gulf Coast Teacher Job Fair, but its only Houston area districts, and I'd like to interview with Dallas districts.
