Clip to ScrapBook
I don't think we are against each other as much as fighting to survive. We have No Child Left Behind clawing at us. Teachers are stressed because they have to go back and take PRAXIS, even though they have been teaching for many years. Our school failed AYP, so we are doing more and more paperwork all of the time. Our principal is also coming in for three formal observations, and this is unprecedented. We are still hanging together, but our morale is low, and some are talking of not returning to teach next year.
