Hang in there the other teacher is on their way back to the classroom and things should calm down. Having to handle that many students is rough no matter how experienced or good of a teacher you are. The parents should be more understanding and helpful.The principal on the other hand had no right to call you at home on the weekend to discuss this matter. He/She should have waited until today afterschool to speak about this matter. You were on your time and it was a matter of life or death.
