It happened to me too.

My principal harassed me last year. Luckily I was a member of MSTA and I had support. I documented everything. I agree that principals should be evaluated by teachers and the evaluations should be sent to the superintendents. I couldn't transfer out, so I watch my back very carefully. Basically I've decided that my principal is insane and should be avoided at all costs. It's so frustrating because I see my principal targetting my students, and bullying them. My students ( first graders) are more mature and have better manners than our so called educational leader.
