Hello...

Hello. This is also my third year teaching fourth. I am not happy at my school because the principal is upset with me (my kids didn't pass the state test the past two years). I honestly do not believer that the students understand exactly what these tests are for. Well, the principal said that he will be observing me more this year. He observed me for a few minutes last week. I am frustrated. There is another teacher there who has an out of control class and he is NEVER talked to. Hang in there.
