getting the attention you need
By Cherylyn

Clip to ScrapBook
Hi Hi
I have two to share. First is to create a little tune that you clap the first part and they clap the next, that way they free up their hands and don't continue to work. Sometimes students don't all participate the first time and the clap series might need to be repeated. Second tip, is to tell the students that when you need to get their attention you will just say FREEZE. After a few practice sessions, they all get it and it works if you freeze also.

Have a great day!
