No TE yet? Who is on your selection comm.? Could you have them call the sales rep and tell them that you need them now?

Be specific with your request so that if it has not printed yet (doubtful) you can get what you need. For example, "We need copies of the teacher pages that accompany STORY A, B, and C. Please overnight them or fax over to us immediately."

If they can't/won't help you, then you will find out soon that you may not want to work with them.
