I finally went to my doctor last year after a severe coiltis attack which caused bleeding. I had been experiencing constipation/diarrhea for years, but last year was extreme. He put me on Librax which was just about a miracle. Next, I saw a gastroentologist, had a colonoscopy, and he found that my colon was hyperactive and extra long with a (kink). He told me to take Librax since it was helping, but to add a glass of Citrucel every morning. I am doing SO MUCH better now. It is difficult to live with those conditions.
