If they misbehave I would give that person 1 warning the next time that day they are kicked out.If you have phones in your rooms then you can call the teacher and have he/she come and pick up the kid and bring he/she back to the classroom for the rest of class? Or have he or she sit in the office? If you give out points, then the kid would have no way of earning back points. I think it would work because it would effect their grades when they can't make up the points!
