1 shot cures all

I have thought about this for awhile and I have a problem sharing my advice on this one because if I were to be written up over somthing like this I probably wouldn't act very nice.

However, I did come to this conclusion/analogy that may or may not help you reach your own decision. If you were a doctor and the hospital board of directors said you had to treat 90% of your patients with penicillin and penicillen only regardless of what injuries, illness, or allergic reactions they might have, what would you do?
