I had a principal the exact same way. I was on her hit list my last year working with her. I avoided her and made sure I dotted all my I's and crossed all the T's. I transferred from the school. She did give me a bad reference when another pricipal called her. I eventually told a pricipal how she was and the pricipal decided to call the central for a reference and I got the job. I had received high evaluations from her and it was in my personnel folder. My heart goes out to you.
