looking for Mary Poppins-classroom discipline

hi Carly
I am the school librarian and I have the same problem-28 cluster periods a week, little time to set up before the next class comes in, an no assistance. I am also looking for classroom management help-some how no one thinks of the library or cluster teachers as teachers or classrooms. The cluster teachers at my school have the most difficult time maintaing order.
I think it's the administrations lack of respect for our positions. I wish I could give you some advise. I am on the internet every night looking for ideas.
