This may seem harsh but when my kids forget to put their names on their papers they need to write their names 10x on the back and resubmit. It's not viewed harshly or punitive just you've been caught. After those that forget a couple times write extra times they usually don't forget again. It saves me a lot of grief later trying to figure out whose paper belongs to whom. I remind them often in the beginning you can write it once or you can write it 10x. You have choices. I seldom get papers now without names.
