Wow! Bless you! I would definitely get a parent in daily to help with writing workshop/journal writing. You can use the same parent to supervise one of the centers during centertime if these activities can be scheduled back-to-back. (I have snack in-between.) Parents will also volunteer to do "aide/clerical work" at home, so you may consider sending home tracing and cutting project prep work, book orders liike Scholastic (if you do them) or any other prep work that you can plan for ahead of timeb in large manila envelopes for parents to complete at home.
