I remember reading about one primary teacher that used the song "I Love the Mountains" and changed the lyrics and added hand motions to go with the song.

You can always have the kids brainstorm and come up with songs/raps for different things. I have done this in the past and have been pleasantly surprised. Some of them are so good, I use them from year to year. Give your children the landform terms you want in the song and several choices of songs to use to put the words to. See how creative they can be!
