I would recommend reading a book called the Essential 55. I can't remember the author. It is a great book. I loved it. Also another thing is you are doing great by saying good morning to the kids, but you might want to offer them a handshake or a pat on the back. When you shake hands with a person, the child will have to look you in the eye. This is a practice at our school. Oh and the author of the book is Ron Clark. I hope this helps.
