I really don't think what I do is amazing at all...I just put the kids first....if the secretary from the sped office calls and says where's some paper I find it and send it off...otherwise I do it once a week before or after school....needless to say I don't always get it done...but eventually it does get done...I alway appologize to the secretary when she calls me...and I do get it to her that day or the next...but kids have to come first in my book...to me it's that simple
