Sub Pay

I work in upstate New York and the sb pay varies from district to district. We average about $89.00 per day. We are either paid for a 1/2 day $44.50 or a whole day we do not have an hourly rate. As for how often we get called it depends on what grades you are willing to teach. For those of us who only teach elementary we are called far fewer times then those who will teach middle school or high school. If you leave yourself open to teachanything not just your specialty you will get many more calls.
