When my own children were little we sung our address to the tune of "London Bridges". It went like this:
123 Bluebird Lane, Bluebird Lane
123 Bluebird Lane,
That's my address. (You could substitute city and state for the last line.)
You kind of have to fiddle with the syllables to make your address fit, but it worked like a charm. We sang our address and phone number using this song when my girls were preschoolers in the car, at the grocery store...everywhere.
This is something you could have parents do at home too.
