Refusals

I believe that you must form a relationship with this type of student first. If possible get together with them before class or after for a few minutes and explain why you would like them to be seated near the front. Ex. I think you would be better able to do well in this class if you sat near the front. Also I believe that children who are obstinate act this way for show. Get them away from the group and them will be more responsive to requests. If all else fails you need to call an administrator to help.
