Eat lunch with them in the workroom. Don't talk about yourself or your class unless they ask. Do ask them about what they are doing in their classrooms. Make sure you are pulling your fair share in extra duties (too many or none at all is bad). Call them by name when you say good morning. Don't be a "kiss up" to the principal when other teachers are around. Make the coffee in the workroom once in awhile. good luck- give us an update in a month or so!
