I know exactly what you mean. Except I am a bit jealous that you had that much warning!!! We get new students right in the middle of the day while teaching! My last new one came in about 5 minutes before my class went to gym and I was sooo relieved that I would actually have time to get her things in order. The reality was, I spent my entire prep time that day getting things set up for my new girl. All the things I planned on doing during that time flew out the window. Oh well.....everybody loves surprises, right???
